Heyo Guys!
How are you all? Good I hope!
So today I want to share with you my lifestyle.
I'm a skinny lass, I'm around 40kg with only fat on my thighs and face. Don't get me wrong I don't hate the things that prove I'm human. Being skinny sucks, like big time. I look like a toothpick and find it difficult to look good in anything or doing anything. Yano since I look like a worm.
So I've decided to become healthier.
I eat like a pig but I don't have my 5 a day or get any exercise.
I look like a disabled hippo having a stroke doing any form of exercise. For example, I did football on Monday (9am in minus degree weather fml) and had to 1v1 my friend.
I am the worst football player ever.
My friend wasn't bad but we were on the pitch for a good 2 mins running after a ball that I now wanted to shove up our Mark wright looking coach's arse after shouting at my for being as useless as Dan Howell's belt.
I was actually about to die. Like srsly. I was close to crying and I was a right state about to collapse. I could taste blood after 30 seconds. *cough**cough*90 years old whale with no limbs*cough*
So! I've decided to eat better and start running! Well only the eating part right now...
Have you got any tips you could give to me or anyone else with these goals?
Btw, let me complain about the weather a sec (I'm bloodly british okay!). It's like minus 10 thousand degrees (bit over the top...Oh well!) and it gets dark by like 5 o clock so it's not easy at the moment but I want to get fit as soon as possible!

Ikr! The weather is terrible. The only thing that is keeping me going is hoping for snow
